Our Origin

Why WildNest?

We started WildNest after a failed summit attempt in Patagonia — not because of the mountain, but because our gear let us down. We spent three years obsessing over every clasp, seam, and gram to build equipment we could actually trust. WildNest is for the ones who take the wild seriously.

That means the thru-hiker counting ounces on a 300-mile section, the weekend camper who wants a tent that pitches in the rain without a manual, and the winter alpinist who needs a sleep system that still performs at −10°C. We publish the numbers that matter — pack weight, collapsed length, temperature rating, lumen output, battery hours — because those are the figures that decide whether a piece of gear earns a place in your pack. Nothing here is a bundle or a seasonal drop; the six items in our range are the ones we carry ourselves.
